Monserrate Ventures is an angel investors led venture capital fund focused on supporting the most promising entrepreneurs in Colombia. The eight international angel investors have individually up to 30 years relevant experience as venture capital professionals and successful entrepreneurs. They are currently based in Bogota (Colombia), Silicon Valley (USA), Barcelona (Spain) and Amsterdam (The Netherlands). The eight partners represent a global network of industry and investor contacts and have a combined track record consisting of over 300 emerging technology investments in Europe, the US and LATAM. Monserrate Ventures has a strategic cooperation with Rockstart Colombia. Rockstart Colombia runs a successful Colombia/ LATAM focussed accelerator program for emerging technologies.
